These terms are an agreement between you and BNQ InTech (OPC) Private Limited, which operates WBEE (Work Bridge Employment Exchange). By using WBEE you accept them.
Using WBEE
- You must be 18 or older and give true information. One person, one candidate account.
- Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not copy, scrape or resell data from WBEE, do not upload harmful files, and do not use WBEE to send spam.
Candidates
- Building a profile and resume and searching jobs need no payment. Applying for jobs, downloading or printing a resume and resume share links need the WBEE subscription: ₹100 / US$10 / €10 for one year (other currencies at the US$10 rate); the first payment also covers a second year.
- AI credits are optional and pay for AI tasks.
- Do not misrepresent qualifications, experience or work rights. Verified credentials show a ✓ badge; false ones lead to removal.
Employers
- Employers must pass WBEE verification. Every job post is reviewed by WBEE before it goes live and may be sent back for changes or rejected.
- Writing a job post yourself uses no credits; a post written with AI uses 100 AI credits (including up to 4 AI refinements). Opening candidates’ names, contacts and resumes needs the WBEE Employer Plan for one year: ₹1,000 in India, US$100 / €100 elsewhere (other currencies at the US$100 rate).
- Jobs must be genuine, describe the real role, state a salary range that meets the legal minimum of the hiring country, and follow labour and anti-discrimination laws.
- Employers must never ask candidates for any fee, deposit or purchase. Doing so leads to immediate suspension.
- Candidate data may be used only to recruit for the job concerned, following each candidate’s privacy choices, and must not be shared further.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are made by UPI / bank transfer using the WBEE QR code and confirmed by our team. Refunds follow the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Verification and content
WBEE checks employers against public registers and documents, but cannot guarantee every statement made by employers or candidates. Please report anything suspicious. You keep ownership of what you upload and allow WBEE to store and show it as needed to run the service.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with the reason given by e-mail. You can close your account at any time.
Liability and law
WBEE is provided with reasonable care; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
