What an employment exchange should be
An employment exchange exists for one purpose: to bring a person who can do a job together with an employer who needs it done — fairly, quickly and safely. Over the last two decades, most job sites drifted into advertising businesses: the more you click, the more they earn. WBEE goes back to the purpose.
🤝A fair meeting place
Candidates and employers meet on equal terms. Neither side can buy a better position in the results; matching follows skills, qualifications, experience, languages and the right to work.
🧭Understood everywhere
A nurse from Kerala, a welder from Poland and an accountant from Lagos are described in the same international language — ISCO-08 occupations, ESCO skills and ISCED 2011 education levels — so an employer anywhere understands them correctly.
🛡️Safe by design
Every employer is checked against government registers before reaching candidates, every job is reviewed by WBEE before it goes live, and charging candidates for a job is forbidden.
⚖️One honest price
A small, flat yearly fee covers the cost of running the exchange. No pay-per-click, no “featured” candidates, no hidden upgrades.
How WBEE works
🧑💼For candidates
Build one profile and resume on international standards, search jobs in your city or anywhere in the world, and see how well each job fits you and why. Apply with the resume you choose, message employers and track every application.
🏢For employers
Get verified, post jobs (reviewed by WBEE before they go live), and explore candidates whose skills and qualifications are classified the same way in every country — then shortlist, message, interview and hire in one place.
🤖Matching that explains itself
WBEE scores every job against every profile on the factors that matter — skills, qualifications, experience, languages, location, work rights — and shows the reasons, not a black box.
📚A library of 2,941 job profiles
Reference job descriptions for every ESCO occupation help employers write clear, complete, fair job posts, and candidates understand what each role really involves.
You control what you show — and to whom
On WBEE your data is yours. Nothing is shown to anyone you did not choose.
👁️Candidates decide
Who may see your profile, name, photo, phone, e-mail, resume, certificates and video; whether your name shows before you apply; and which companies must never find you. You see every employer that opened your profile.
🏷️Employers decide
What the company profile, documents and company video show, and to whom — everyone, only shortlisted candidates, or only those called for interview. Contact details are never published.
🔐Private by default
Candidate profiles are never shown to search engines. Sign-in ends when the browser closes, nothing is left behind on the device, and WBEE never sells personal data.
🚫No advertising, no promotions
There are no banner ads, sponsored jobs, paid placements or promotional campaigns on WBEE — so nobody pays to be put in front of you, and your attention is not for sale.
Two flat yearly fees — and why
WBEE carries no advertising and runs no promotions, so its only income is a small yearly fee from the people who use it. The fees are set to cover the cost of running a trustworthy exchange — not to maximise clicks.
- Building your profile and resume and searching jobs need no payment
- The subscription opens applying, downloading or printing your resume, and resume share links
- No “premium” tiers and no paid boosts — every candidate is treated the same
- Unlimited candidate exploring for a year: names, photos, contact details, resumes, messages, interviews and offers — always within each candidate’s privacy choices
- Writing a job post yourself uses no credits; an AI-written post uses 100 AI credits (including four AI refinements)
- No pay-per-click, no per-candidate charges, no seat licences

🎯Where WBEE is different
Others mostly earn when employers pay for visibility. WBEE earns the same small fee whichever job you choose — so results follow fit, not budget.
🌐Built for crossing borders
Public exchanges such as EURES use ESCO too, but serve one region. WBEE brings the same standards to every country, with work rights and visa sponsorship marked on each job.
🧾Predictable for employers
One yearly plan replaces pay-per-click budgets, database fees and recruiter seat licences — a small business pays the same as a large one.
