WBEE uses as little browser storage as possible and no advertising or tracking cookies.
- wbee_sid — an essential cookie that keeps you signed in (HTTP-only, secure). It ends when you sign out or close the browser.
- Session storage — remembers your chosen city and list settings while the browser is open; it is cleared when the browser closes.
- Maps — when you open the map, map images load from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address.
Because only essential storage is used, no consent banner is needed. Your browser’s own password manager may offer to save your sign-in details — that is your browser’s choice, not WBEE’s.
